1) I’m right next to an enemy
2) I drop caltrops
3) I dodge backwards creating another AoE from uncatchable INSIDE the caltrops AoE

Does the enemy simultaneously suffer the effects of both, if it is inside the AoE for both? Please, no guesses or assumptions.

yep. they are, for all practical purposes, two different skills occupying the same space.

similarly, you can drop two choking gases on the same area, and it will tick the poison twice as fast.

there are entire ele builds based around that (lava font, die, lava tomb, vapor form, lava tomb again, bam, 3 lava fonts ticking at once for insane damage. you’ll probably rally from all the damage)

yeah, it’ll stack the duration of both fields at once. should probably have used a better word there.

If you are lucky with ‘improvisation’ trait, you can drop 2x caltrops on one spot, resulting in 20 bleed stacks and very long cripple.
