Quickness attack speed bonus reduced from 100% to 50%, that’s fine.
Haste gets a duration buff to compensate, fair enough, this gives people time to react.
What about the CS trait line quickness skill? what about the sigil for quickness? These still have their super short duration (2s!) and now do half the effective damage they used to do!
This is a crazy huge nerf to that trait and sigil, can these please get a corresponding duration buff?
