Rabid v Dire Wvw Condi build
rabid armor suits more for hybrid builds (condi + dmg) rather then for pure condi.
and you have to realize that armor you buy for badges is non-salvagable, so I do not recommend you to use expensive runes on it.
Unless you need the crit chance for sigil procs, Carrion is probably a better starting point.
I see…thanks for the hints so far
You know that Diregear can be purchased from TP fully salvageable, so no need to farm CoE
I used to have full Diregear, but switched to Carrion for more impact on my P/D thief, feels good atm.

I would not overlook Rampager either. When I was fooling with the might stacking noble rune build as a hybrid , damage output jumped as I put some into precision.
The chances to get crits at around 30 base was significant. Of course you lose both vitality and toughness but if you are from the zerker side you should be used to stealths and dodges to avoid combat.
If you have fury running and a decent shot at a crit (which rampagers will allow more off) that shadow strike off the p/d set damage can go way up and your Cnd and backstabs will see a significant boost.
Now I tried that hybrid build by boosting with some points into the CS line along rampagers weapons rather then the armor but I might well revisit that in the future focusing an that armor set.
Uhm, come to think about it… It wasnt that much diff, had to try because you asked
So, I’m going to stick to Dire for the toughness ^^
I think babazhook has a better point!
