Hey all, currently leveling up a thief and i’m being told constantly to go condition thief in wvw / pvp but i’m not into letting conditions do all the work :p and wondered if rampager’s was any good with power, precision AND condition damage so i atleast benefit a bit from my conditions whilst still putting out some nice damage :P Thanks for the help in advance!

You probably wouldn’t be able to make as much use of Rampager on a Thief as you would a profession that can proc a bleed or other condition on crit. You might get better mileage out of Carrion since the primary stat is Condition Damage.

Carrion much better – Thief has no need for crit in a condi build

Crit rate is useful in builds using sigil of torment or the new incapacitation sigil. In other words rather limited usage in a condition build.

Rampager works better if you go with a hybrid build. As example if you have decent power and condi damage you can get 3k shadowstrikes or bleed the person down near death and swap weapon sets to something like d/d for a heartseeker finisher.
