Guild Wars 2

I want to do raids on my Thief (I probably won’t be properly geared, but hey- I’m getting close only 1k gold… >.> no idea how to get it). What I’m seeing though as well as hearing is, Thief will have no legitimate place in raid content. Which means I’m totally busted. Problem is, Thief is my only class properly geared and invested in.

1) Should I keep trucking with Thief? If so, any idea on the raid build? Is it another venom share thing?

2) Should I not keep going with Thief? Who should I roll? Where do I donate my tears?

Legitimately concerned. Hoping to get advice from you guys…

They say sinister( now even viper) will be best for condi dps/support

Any ideas on build? Is it that cheesy D/D thing again? Or will it be more like Caltrops/Impairing Daggers/ Spider/ Basilisk/ Skelk with pistol/dagger?

I would actually think P/D venom share thrown in there….caltrops on evade seems good so trickery will help. Bewildering ambush may even be nice too, as for an actual build, I don’t know one off the top of my head. I do believe DrD was a crucial line as well

Reroll revenant or engi. Those will never get nerfed for sure.

Don’t waste gold on thief.
