Requesting community thief build feedback
Stats:
Im not quite sure how well that build will work out. In PvE its really possible to not get hit at all as a thief (as long as you’re fighting melee) but you have no defensive stats at all. 1-2 mistakes and you’re gone. I see you took convert 5% prec into vit but that is hardly an increase maybe 1 autoattack worth of damage more. Also i never really got why you would take prec and cond damage as a thief. condition damage doesnt crit but you expect most of the damage to come from condition.
onto your build.
You went into acrobatics for some defense. Which is good because as a condition thief you need to outlast your opponent while waiting for him to die. Most condition thieves go only to 15 in that line and pick up vigor on healing. That way you can dodge alot (with endurance regain on dodge and vigor) and you dont have to go all the way in acrobatics. I would advise put some point into deadly arts. for condition damage it is great. every 10 points into DA will give your death blossom 1 tick more.
In my build i go 15 in there to get the Weaken on poison (since dagger autoattack does poison). more than that is just a waste if you dont use Venom skills.
Runes and Sigils:
As a Death blossom thief i would suggest adding runes that contribute to your bleeding times also 1 sigil on the dagger to add another 10% uptime. Taking 3x 15% from runes, 10% from sigil and another 15% from the traitline would add 7 seconds to your deathblossom bleeds which is 7 ticks worth of damage. On the other sigil i would probably take +10 cond dmg on kill (stacks to 250 cond dmg).
Summary:
I would change Rampager gear to carrion (cond/pow/vit) for a big boost in survival. and drop any crit related sigil/traits. Also take some points into Deadly arts.

I use the precision to gain mostly a new stack of Bleed to sort of renew the timer. Is that correct?
I use Earth/Air sigils as they’re pretty cheap.

I think bleeds work different than you think. if you do a deathblossom and hit everything you get 10 seconds of 3 stacks of bleeding. if you then wait for 5 seconds and do another deathblossom you get another 3 stacks of bleeding for a total of 6 stacks. the icon on the enemies bar will refresh to 10 seconds.
However , the old 3 stacks of bleeding will NOT renew to 10 seconds and will in fact end after 5 seconds. reducing the current stacks to 3 with 5 seconds remaining.
all bleeding effects are independant from the other with a max stack of 25 (shared with other players for whatever reason). Gaining a crit and therefor gaining a bleed from your sigil does not affect the other bleeds at all.
The build you linked is quite alot better than the previous one so thats an improvement. I would still advise to take vigor on healing over might on dodge at acrobatics though.
