Hello guys, that is for PVE mostly.
Roll of initiative should work great wit Trickster and Lead Attacks since it`ll get back 6% of damage.

At the moment I`m running with RoI + Assassin`s Signet and Haste.
What you all think?

the dps loss from using a non-damage utility would negate any damage bonus

also you should never be low on initiative anyways and the fact that your asking this question makes me think you lack understanding of the basic thief rotations.

RFI is always an excellent choice. Contrary to what the poster below you said it does not “take away from Dps” anymore than does any other utilitty one takes such as shadowstep and blinding powder. There are few utilities that cause direct damage.

RFI has excellent utility in that it opens a gap, removes three conditions and 4 if traited, acts as a stun break and gives back that INI and yes even people that manage their INI can find a use for more which a reason why preparedness in trickery so popular and why so many liked the old shadows infusion in the SA line.

More sources of INI are never bad and if you burned off 6 on a Cnd trying to stealth or 9 on the black powder heartseeker combo , no one can tell me another 6 ini not of benefit for those that "manage it well’.

Now i would NOT use RFI just to get a higher percentage off your lead attacks. Good times to use it is if the enemy low on health after a stealth combo and you just do not have the INI to finish with a heartseeker or some such.

OR if you are stunned and standing in a fire field or well.

Restores 6 INI, breaks stun, evades, AND removes conditions? Sounds worth a skill slot to me
