Runes of Daredevil/intelligence sigil
I don’t think they stack but it’s easily testable in the PvP lobby at a golem. Just pick an amulet which has no precision and try it.
If it does stack, shouldn’t you have 6x brain symbol things in your buff/debuff area?
gw1 – healing signet/frenzy/charge
The daredevil rune crits do not stack, so if you dodged twice you’d still only crit on the next attack, not the next two.
Whether daredevil and Intel sigils stack I do not know, but scavenger runes do not stack with leeching sigils, so I’d say it’s likely that they also do not stack. If you watched your swaps etc you probably could make sure you did not waste charges, but that might be your best case scenario.
Don’t follow me, unless you enjoy being chased by angry men with sticks.
Power Build Condi Build
It doesnt stack.
I run DD runes and intel with valkyrie, and every dodge is one stack of guaranteed crit that also overwrites any stacks of remaining crit from intel.
So if you were to swap then have to dodge a killshot or whathaveyou, you’d be dropping two stacks.
It’s still good, you just have to run a combat strategy that lets you attack three times before needing to dodge on swap. That’s easy with S/P or D/X

I used to think (build op, pls nerf) like you, but then I took a nerf to the knee.
Thanks for the responses. I think I can adapt playstyle to work around the fact that they do not stack so as to ensure I maximize the number of crits I get in a build I am trying to work with.
The intent is a low crit rate build with high toughness and vitality and no significant impact on ferocity wherein i rely on PI and interrupts to inflict damage in between those times I will not have that crit readily available.
I am looking at a s/d with d/p build here as I want to stay away from weapons with multiple attacks in one iteration. Ie Unload and pistolwhip would waste a lot of potential damage if only the first strike was a crit.
If I can generate a good number of PI strikes via interrupts coupled with sigil of draining these can generate 4K damage per interrupt quite easily without a crit.
they dont, one gets replaced
they stack
you get a 200% chance of doing a critical attack doooh

Sounds solid.
Test it out, see how it runs.
I may be misunderstanding you, but ill say it anyway; remember impact doesnt crit, so dont waste your stacks on headshots.

Yep I am aware they do not crit which is why they will work real nice in a low crit rate build.
As example Sigil draining, Sigil intel traited for sleight of hand and mug and the PI on interrupt.
I can get 2k off the steal mug , 3 to 4 k off the interrupt with the PI and another 1+ K off draining on a single interrupt when I steal . That is pretty decent damge without a crit. Swap weapons as soon as I do this and use Impact strike elite and the full chain crits along with another potential PI and Sigil of draining trigger if I can generate an interrupt.
We all know that one problem with our burst and the new meta is we make an error or are under attack as we burst the low health/armor of the thief can see us drop fast. The intent is to be able to do these spikes while still having armor of around 3k and vitality of 18K+
if I have unhindered traited with weakening strikes and have that 10 percent damage reduction food i get a mutliple sources of mitigation to direct damage in addition to that armor. I may not need it all but 3k armor with 3 sources of 10 percent mitigation that can all be up at once and I can shrug off a lot of attacks.
In theory
