Guild Wars 2

I was wondering if S/D is viable/effective in PvE as it’s my overall favorite, and if so, does anyone know a good S/D build for PvE.

It is viable, I run S/D 0/30/20/20/0

P/P is my offhand in pve during boss fights and such when I need to be a range.

Utilities are almost always smoke screen, SR, blinding powder and bask venom with lyssa runes in full GC gear. All up to your play style of course.

I keep D/D in my bag for burst like killing the acolytes in CoF, but a unload is actually able to take them out too.

Thanks for the build, and what equipment do you run with?

Berserkers gear, the blind on stealth and constant dodges keeps me alive with almost 15k health. I also keep shortbow in my bags and change my elite to dagger storm for big AoE fights. So be flexible, the traits are easily changed out depending on the fight.
