S/D for WvW - Bloodlust or Force/Air?
You won’t lose Bloodlust stacks underwater if you have also have sigil on one of your underwater weapons.

I know but I don’t plan to put a bloodlust sigil on any underwater weapons.
I would definitely go with air, and if not force. Stacking bloodlust is sooo annoying, cant touch water, have to re-stack when down, etc. Furthermore Air+ fire is awesome, they add a lot of burst and you can just dodge around while they are on CD. In PvE or if you’re just attacking for 10 seconds straight (10s cooldown on air/fire) force may be slightly better for dps, but for practical usage I’d say air definitely provides more damage.
250 power is pretty big but I could never see myself using that in WvW. Stacking is annoying and you’ll probably end up playing like a little kitten being scared to die/tocuh water
its also depends on your playstyle
if you more stealthy thief than you wont do sustain dmg much often so you would be better with sigil which give burst like air+fire (air will do 1.2-1.5k, fire 0.9-1k)
if you more AA player who knows when to dodge and hit again you should benefit more with constant dmg umplifier like force
i prefer air+fire and sometime blood on my second weapon set
I run with these;
Sword/Dagger – Fire/Air
Shortbow – Fire/Bloodlust
UW weapon – Bloodlust
Basically I’ll just swap to sb when stomping, and in a team fight you’re better off poison fielding the downs anyways. Will get the bloodlust stacks and maintain the burst from Air/Fire. Will not lose the stacks due to the UW weapon also being slotted with Bloodlust.
Air/Fire burst is simply too good atm, so I don’t really recommend swapping it with Force. Air/Fire might see some nerfs later on though.
