Does anyone know any good S/D power builds for daredevil? I’ve been meaning to get back into it after a good year or so running other sets. I know S/D is typically used as a condi set in sPvP, but i was wondering if anyone has any good / viable S/D builds for wvw.

u get a free steal now on a successful dodge if u run acro and use swindlers equilibrium
down side the free steal will go on 20 sec cool down no matter what if u dodge a attack even if u have not used your steal yet so u really need to open with steal than dodge if u want to make use of it :S—- can feel pretty clunky if u don’t
probably easier to just use daredevil but the extra steal can lead to some nice combos with improvisation and extra damage from mug , u can steal loads of boons with bountiful theft – or if u go condi get some extra confusion with bewildering ambush

Try this one, abuse dodge for survivability and abuse fire + air proc for damage. Keep in mind that power S/D isn’t a zerg build, so use it for roam purpose only. If you meet a d/p teef play smart and take your time, because he can counter you, so play around infiltrator strike/return to not stay on the same place for too long. This build lack condi removal, because you do not need it, if they hit you it’s your fault. Good luck.
PS: You can swap “Roll for initiative” for “Bandit’s defense”

wow people get so triggered theres days. but yeah, at least i should of added more and corrected you properly
Acro (up/mid/mid), Trickery (mid or down/up/mid), DrD (down/mid/mid) is working very well for me right now against everything except D/P Thieves. I’ve been able to take out a few D/P Thieves, but the majority of the time I’ll lose or have to escape. Everything else I’ve won all 1v1’s except for one bunker s/d + sb druid (stalemate).
-Marauder Armor/Amulet, Zerk-Valk Backpiece, Zerk Trinkets.
-Runes of the Pack
-Sigils of Rage/Air on Sword/Dagger
-Sigils of Hydromancy/Bloodlust on Shortbow
-CV Heal, BD, ShStep, SoA, Impact Strike
-Oysters w/kittentail Sauce (10% Reduced Damage, 70 Precision)
-Superior Sharpening Stone
I swap back and forth between Burst of Agility and Thrill of the Crime in Trickery. I like them both for this build, but can’t settle on one. The condi clear on evade + Infiltrator’s Return is enough to stay alive vs damaging condi’s, as long as you clear the cover soft cc’s with a regular dodge. Some fights are long, but they are all extremely fun and engaging.
gone back to core, in preparing for new elite spec (no daredevil)
its funny because you csan steal up to 13 seconds of protecition of ele’s with durabilty runes.
