I’ve just got a few questions regarding S/d in spvp.
1. The first build i tried was 2/6/0/0/6 with pack runes and air/fire sigils. SB on swap. Is this ever better than 2/0/0/6/6? Whats the advantage of the crit strikes build over the acro build? In addition, whats the typical GM you take in acro? Im using vigorous recovery and power of inertia for adept and major slots.
2. What are some good combos? Im getting really good at reading the map and rotating properly with insane mobility, and i know this has been the reason ive won a number of matches. But i do sometimes have trouble 1v1. Not all the time, but sometimes it feels like i just he completely outplayed, and other times it feels like i completely destroy someone. Are there any combos that i can learn to help me 1v1 more effectively? Or is it just luck/bad matchups? I seem to have the worst time with d/d cele eles. Air auto destroys me.
3. Any other tips/tricks? I know thieves arent really supposed to be great 1v1 but are more there for the ability to pick off people on team fights and the ability to race around the map instantly. I have gotten pretty good at swaying team fights in my favor by being able to pretty much oneshot any other zerker. This has also led to multiple wins in my favor. But any tips such as when to push, when to retreat, when to leave and go somewhere else, etc. would be welcome
Thanks to anyone who helps me out! Im having a lot of fun in spvp on my thief, the damage, mobility and shadow stepping is just awesome. Halfway to champion shadow too! Thanks for any help
