This is more for the dev’s but also for the very experienced thiefs that do their research.
My main concern is that in the Shadow Art’s tree there are two traits that are incredibly similar, Shadow’s Rejuvenation & Shadow Protector. Shadow Protector gives allies regeneration for 5 seconds when you stealth them, Strange thing is that it also gives it to the caster. Shadow’s Rejuvenation on the other hand says health regenerates while in stealth.

My question is… which one heals better (for the thief primarily) if only one was picked. And is the health regeneration from Shadow’s Rejuvenation affected by healing power like the Guardian’s & Ranger’s?

Shadow’s Rejuvenation heals for much more than Shadow’s Protector. SR heals me for 320 HP a second, while SP heal for about 160 a second, but lasts for 5 seconds while SR only lasts while you’re in stealth.

You can test this in game in 1 minute.

I’ll have to figure out which benefits me more now based on that. I plan on running a Crit Build for BS & Conditions. So either regen helps, I feel that if I would be doing a Backstab build I’d mainly do Shadow’s Protector (As well as for support my friends a bit) while bow would benefit more from Shadow’s Rejuvenation (since it stays longer in stealth).

Oh it is, belive me! Combine that with Assassin’s Reward + some Shaman’s or Cleric’s amulet (P/D build) and go troll the enemy team in pvp

I prefer to troll with 6 superior runes of the mad king, dagger storm, caltrops and signet of malice, right into a group trying to bring down a tower gate. between the hits from all the abilities healing you can down a good 5-8 people solo if they don’t run out of it. which is more often than my faith in humanity would like.
