anybody know which patch nerfed it from 3 sec to 10 sec? Just got killed by a heavy cond guy and looked at my gear/build to check whats wrong and noticed the 10 sec …. wasnt it 3 sec before? Or anet just nerfed our cond removal without saying ?

Getting killed by heavy condi guy, which probablly was necromancer while being speced into SE is normal these days if u dont run d/p.
