Shadow’s Embrace: Remove 1 condition every 3 seconds while in stealth.

They specified that it only clears damaging conditions now.

My suggestions
#1 Thief D/D combo skill #2 Charges instead of Chance on Crit #3 Dueling
#4 Normalize Reveal #5 Stomp Rework

Not in patch notes, just in game trait is where it’s specified. Which is honestly an extremely annoying nerf, especially when “Slow” becomes a part of the game.
