The devs are quiet and thief is horrible because there’s a large-scale experiment going on where they buff classes with the same mechanics that players complained about thief having to see if these players still find it unfair once they are on the dealing end.

With the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, the Devs are reserving any buffs to the Thief as presents for that day in the form of fixing tooltip bugs.

What more can we asked for when it’s something we always wanted?
