Ideas on what Shiro legend utilties, heal and elite will be like.
I myself love Shiro and am hoping they do him justice

Elite: Jade Wind
90 sec cd
Instant cast
PBAoE, turns enemies into Jade for 2 seconds (maximum 5 targets), duration 2 seconds (I guess it’ll be an AoE basilisk benom).
Speculation:
If we exclude Banish, which banished the player to a new zone (very unlikely to happen), he had 4 other skills – perfect for heal and 3 utilities.

Pretty much exactly what I thought when I saw that elite. A better version of basilisk, AoE and instant. Longer cd, but not terrible. Hopefully basilisk gets some sort of change to make it different due to this. (Maybe give us back unstunbreakable status).

Maybe when Revenant brings Shiro to the world it’ll effect Thieves’ magic after coming in contact with his and their skills will be redesigned to allow Assassin playstyle, including Blocking/Parrying, invulnerability, enchantments, improved durability overall w/o depending on stealth, deep wound, knockdown, direct dmg signet of deadly corruption burst, hexes, stances and so on. Man, why did Assassin’s magic degrade so much over the years? Must be cuz we been away from Cantha and Master Togo’s teachings too long.

I’m guessing, some thieves will be re-rolling revenants. That’s the only connections I’m able to make.
Probably if revenant manages to also fill the style of power thieves, I will probably bury some previous specs if they don’t satisfy ,especially necro. Not sure what’s the obsession with GW’s assasin you like it play GW or GW2’s power thief. I doubt their:“We’ll give the current professions a balance look one more time” will be sufficient based on history.

You’re assuming they’ve learned from their past mistakes/endeavors.
Specs, I see them more as a way to add in new skills/builds to the current stale system.
But definately, History>Hope – that’s why torch would make sense as our spec weapon.

I refuse to believe they learned from their past, to me rifle makes more sense to create hate and fuel the nerf bat, I refuse to believe they are not upgrades and are balanced because I don’t believe you lose something when specializing and etc. We’ll see it’s all speculation hey at least condi thief has improved since beta and now has 3 viable specs and venoms FTW!!!
About revenant to me it’s just due to company mindset in paid expansions.
