Guild Wars 2

Concerning the “3” dual weapon skill does it apply both sigils. For example I use sigil of strength in primary hand and sigil of earth off-hand. Would both have a chance to proc on critical. Also, if either of them do proc, do they both go on a cooldown? From testing, it doesn’t seem to work as well as I expect it to. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Both weapon sigils will affect/proc on every skill, not just the ones associated with that particular weapon. I.E., you can have an off-hand dagger, and the sigil in it will apply to the usage of your basic attack.
