sigil of agony on the other dagger will give your DB an extra tick, and geomancy is another nice option since it is a PBAoE that gives 3 stacks of bleed on weapon swap.

I’m curious as to why you wouldn’t want an on-kill stacker. I’m big on Sigil of Corruption, either put that on the SB and switch to it before kills for the Condition Damage stack (+250!) or have that on your main off hand if you don’t like swapping so much.
I think I have Force on my SB, +5% direct damage goes well with the bouncy shot and cluster bomb blasts.

Since you are going for magic find I will suggest an Opal Orb in your other weapon.
(not sure how much you are dedicated to MF, but there are weapons with built in MF as well.)
I use the spider bow which has 3% mf on the weapon and superior Sigil of Luck. When the luck stacks are at 25 I swap to another weapon with MF on each weapon and Opal orbs in them as well. (I don’t wear this set anywhere but in CS
If you want condition damage from the sigil I would suggest looking at the givers weapons (they have 10% condition duration built in) & one of the following
-Sigil that procs a condition on weapon swap
-Sigil that has a bonus to your conditions
-Sigil that on swap give you back endurance (more dodge caltrops)
All of these options fit your criteria GL
and refuses to spare the life in return for the surrender at discretion (unconditional surrender)

Thank you for your advice. I have decided to put the Superior Sigil of Battle on my alternate main-hand (short bow) for the might bonus because might increases condition damage. With the way I play this build I believe that will work best for me.
On my off-hand weapon I am using the Opal Orb as suggested by OIIIIIO.7825. I am considering getting a “switcher” for after I have 25 stacks of magic find. Only, there is a NEW PROBLEM I have to figure out.
As I started farming today I was surprised to see that my main-hand weapon was called “…of Accuracy”. I Googled this and it appears to be a bug where the Superior Sigil of Luck adds critical chance instead of magic find! Even though I am getting the stacks.
Not only that, but if I switch maps I loose all the stacks I have built up. I thought only when I was downed would I loose those stacks. I am disappointed in the misleading description on the sigil because I believed I had to get downed in order to loose those stacks.
So, perhaps I will get rid of the Superior Sigil of Luck and add another Opal Orb. If the Orbs are not providing enough damage, then I will switch them out for the Superior Sigil of Stamina and Superior Sigil of Geomancy.
