Signet of Malice now steals life, life stolen this way cannot critical and is unaffected by armor and boons.
Passive: Heals and does damage when you attack.
Active: Gain health.
Healing: 250 (0.1)?
Damage: 250 (0.1)? (This is also based on healing power)
Healing: 3,275 (0.5)?
(This effect can only occur three times every one second.)

Dacello, cant you just stop with these kitten suggestions on warrior and thief. you are driving 90 % of the community mad, try to think realisticly. healing for 250 pr attack is horrible op. (caltrops, ds, db, cluster, poison gas,pw and so on….) Lets take this as an example if you fight a 3 + group you basicly heals 750 pr autoattack with bow RANGE without ANY Healing power. imagine a full healingbuild dagger storm in a zerg… i would rather add somthing like stronger active heal, better scaling or gives you some iniative back, disorientation on channel and 1 second after or somthing like that would make it viable instead of making it super OP

imagine caltrops + daggerstorm + cb spam on a zerg with this signet zerker + clerics.
i calculated 42000 hp with just caltrops and daggerstorm on a 30 man zerg WITHOUT healing gear.

You are wrong, it does not proc for every tick of bleed, that would be extremely strong, having signet of malice proc 25 times per second with 25 stacks of bleed…
It only procs on direct damage or on caltrops the application of bleed, not the individual bleed tick.

Oh, only 3 times a second.
Only 750 DPS/HPS on AoE fields with 3 targets in them, or with Shbow and 3 targets, or PW with 3 targets (Petting zoo, anyone?)
While I’m not opposed to the idea of Signet of malice “leeching” (I actually like it), your proposed numbers are ludicrous.
Better balance on the ICD, damage done, health healed and it’s workable.
Leave SoM as it is.
The concept would however be interesting as a Venom heal when they include additional skills.

Talking about how it works.
Signet of malice is decent in PvE, but could use some buffs to bring it up to par with other god-tier healing skills like healing signet.
Is this your third post about improving signet of malice? It doesn’t matter. It was a balanced heal then and it’s a balanced heal now. No change needed.
