Q:

Exactly changed in this patch? The passive effect?the Healing bonus from Healing Power? the activation heal?

I’m confused beacause I didn’t notice any change! o.O

Passive is 33% stronger, but the tooltip doesn’t say so. It definitely has changed, though.

Where the passive heal would be something like 115 at level 80 it is now 150 or so. An improvement but the signet use is still very situational. These numbers are with 300 Healing Power (Maxed Shadow Arts).

At O healing power, the change went from 100 hp per hit to 132 per hit, tool tip is bugged though.

It’s a great heal to use with sword (when autoattacking multiple enemies), pistol whip, unload, sneak shot, and especially dagger storm.
