Signet of Might is gonna grant 180 Power passive.
Signets of Power is a trait that gives ‘5’ stacks of might when ya use an ability.
This means we lose 30 power for 150 temporary power.

Don’t forget you do get 15% more damage for your next 5 attacks.
5 Might stacks is 175 Power (35 Power and 35 Condition damage per stack of Might)
You get that on top of the additional burst from 15% additional damage on your next 5 attacks (Often CnD > Mug > BS combo)
I think that’s fair, lose out on 5 power and gain 15% additional damage for 5 seconds.
Considering that people currently use it without Signets of Power (So they lose 90 power and gain only the active effect)
Also, if they changed (I’m guessing you want a buff) Signets of Power, then all other signets a Thief can roll with will be even more powerful.
The idea about signets is that you have a nice passive boost until a situation arises where the active effect is more useful than the passive.

oh assassins. yeah. should be 10 secs i think to be fair. 15 would be preferable. its not like we activate these usually in battle other than infiltrators…even then… so we stack these outside of battle.

Think he means “Assassin’s Signet”,
Though you pop that for the 15% damage for 5 hits,
But for the trait, since it’s might, you gain condition damage, which the passive doesn’t improve,
Work with other signets and stacks with them.
Plus the OP’s math is wrong, 5 stacks of might is +175 power/condition damage, not 150, so you are only really losing -5 power.
I personally hope they will change the active, losing power for damage is just meh.
Whatever they do that trait isn’t so bad.

Daecollo you really should think these things through before you post them…
The active gives you 15% extra damage… That’s a lot. That’s what you trade for the (supposed, after the patch) 180 power. The 5 stacks of might are a passive bonus from your trait II in the Critical Strikes line, which is a bonus to any signet.

So when I use a signet, I gain 150 power, so when I have signet of might (180 power passive forever.) I use it and lose 30 power?
So? Are you completely forgetting the Active of Assassin’s Signet?
15% increased damage for 5 hits?
Or that there are other signets than Assassin’s signet.
