Since we have a global cooldown of initiative source,
Why not give us the ability to weapon swap without cooldown

While i´d definitely enjoy that, it would throw thief out of balance once again. That would be essentially the same as carrying all wepaonsets at once, imagine a S/D / D/P thief constantly playing S/D but still using backstab at will… or the insane amount of utility when you can freely swap between shortbow and your other weaponset.

The idea in itself is a good one, but it would let more problems arise than it would cure. One reason warriors are so over the top right now in my opinion is at least partially caused by their 5 second weapon swap. Engineers are balanced around their kits not having CD´s on swap, and Elementalists have attunement cooldowns.

Utility skill “u ded”. Kills enemy Player. 30sec cd, 1200range, instant. You can dodge it, this makes it balanced
