If a target has stability, and you have Sleight of Hand and Bountiful Theft, can you daze them with Steal?

Yes.

When they updated Sleight of hand to Daze + 20% faster steal recharge, it was pointed out bountiful theft (when slotted) will steal boons before Sleight of hand attempts to apply daze.

For some reason it always seems to strip stability also. Even if they just used lyssa and have all boons .

I recently read that every boon strip skill has different boon priorities, so if Bountiful Theft prioritizes stability, that’s great
