Sluggish Skills?
I just thought I was lagging a lot, but maybe that isn’t the case?
Skills were quite unresponsive and weren’t really activating for me in the last few matches of PvP I played.

I’ve noticed the sluggish skills as well.
havent had any issues in PVE
havent done much pvp lately tho
Yes I’ve noticed them with thief in wvw. Specifically when I hit black powder then hs – hs seems to be on a 1-2 second delay before it begins.
Probably stealth nerfs to some aftercast delays, tbh.
Actually the same happens after an opponent immobilizes me and I go to hit mystunbreaker; 1-2 sec delay. so it can’t be stealth nerf.

No, I meant stealth as in not documented, not stealth as in the ability, hah.
So its not just me? Thank the Tree. I thought my internet was slow. My skills and weapon swap are sometimes on a 3 second delay
Yeah caught that as I hit submit but was at a light in my car and was too lazy to edit. :p
Withrdaw does this. Activate the skill, wait 3 sec. dodge and heal.

I haven’t noticed any new skills with the issues you’re describing. But many skills are not very APM friendly. Especially with the short bow and dagger main hand.
Yeah I’ve noticed that too. Its gotten me killed quite a few times post patch because my shadow step/ infiltraotors arrow doesn’t want to fire off when I click it. But its not only my thief who has been at a detriment since the patch… my necro (which doesn’t have many oh crap buttons that need to react quickly like my thief) and my ele have also both felt the effects…. its really a pain IMO… and I really wish anet would fix it in the upcoming patch.
