Godskull Kris are very tiny and cheap to make or buy.

Pro Tip: Go to Heart of the Mists in sPvP and to the right of where you enter the area is a PvP locker. In the locker it has every skin for every armor and weapon (except for legendary’s).

It’s actually missing quite a number of regular and exotic skins as well, but I agree it’s a good place to check out what’s available until they let us preview on the TP.
The Tier 3 human cultural dagger “seraph” is quite small and looks cool its light colored, the golden dagger that you can buy from CM tokens is exactly the same as seraph dagger but black. Those are the only small daggers i know of that actually look kinda cool, theres more daggers that are small but isnt my kind of thing, so i recommend doing as Kaizer said, go to Heart of the mists and preview daggers, but it doesnt really do the weapons justice though.. since glow and stuff only shows when you hold the dagger in your hand.

Does Tier 3 human cultural dagger has any special effect?
All is vain.
I’m currently using the Whisper’s Secret Dagger. It’s nothing flashy. But it has an animation when you unsheath and sheath them.
