This is just a small list of changes I personally would like to see somewhere in the feature.

1 – Roll in the direction your running when using Roll For Initiative and Withdraw
2 – Small cool down on Infiltrator Arrow and Shadow Step (talking like .2 seconds or .1 second to make sure panic tapping and lag doesn’t cause a double cast)
3 – Heartseeker’s leap treated as a actual leap. (go over small gaps and the what not)
4 – Unload channel time reduced. (don’t actually use this skill but I know a ton of thieves that would love to see it go off faster)
5 – Last Refuge stealth applies a unique stealth for .5 seconds or so that doesn’t break when you deal damage.
6 – First Strike’s 10% damage increase be applied if target is >50% hp or so.
7 – Venoms work like Mantras in that after you cast it recasting applies the charge of it.
8 – Cluster Bomb returned to 1200 range. (if you get sniped by that you deserve every bit of damage)
9 – Signet Use changed to retain signets passive in place of 20% cool down reduction.
10 – Rifle.

1. I like this, wish it was already the case.
2 to 7. No comment.
8. It’s still just as strong in PvP, but in WvW it’s worse than ever. Agreed, 1200 would be good, but it’s not going to happen.
9. Absolutely not, Assassin’s Signet would become OP and I frequently take the 20% CD reduction in my builds. It’s already very useful, and changing it is completely unnecessary. Our signets (and related traits) are great already.

Having Venoms work like mantras would be interesting to see. Could also see venom sharing builds become more useful because the thief would have the ability to proc which strike when it wants to. Having two strikes of basiliks venom go off one after the other is pretty useless because you’re usually trying to spike one target.
