Soloing Supply Camps - Need Help and Tips
First you need to switch some utilities. Signet of Malice, smoke screen and dagger storm is preferred here.
Gain stealth and run right into the middle of the camp. Drop smoke screen and the do a dagger storm while in the smoke screen. This will damage all the mobs a lot, and you’ll block all projectiles and blind all the mobs while you’re healing a LOT because of Signet of Malice.
After this you just kill the mobs as usual in the following order:
- Scout (they blind and deal a lot of damage)
- Ranged mobs
- Guards (lots of damage and crowd control)
- Melee mobs
- Quartermaster
I sometimes engage and kill a scout before dropping smoke screen and using dagger storm, this because dagger storm will heal you to 100% with Signet of Malice, then I proceed in the usual kill order.
Be ware of enemy players arriving, if so, you might wanna drop shadow refugee and run since it will make it way harder.
If I were you I would also have a pistol off-hand because of the blind field. Melee mobs won’t be able to damage you if they stand inside it. This will also remove the need of smoke screen. Just remember to use dagger storm inside the combo field for blinding bolts!

Just to add to what Geiir said- I might place Quartermaster anywhere beneath Scouts, actually. Not because they deal a lot of damage, but because they drop like flies. It’s nice to get rid of that extra DPS and chaos.
I like to use smoke screen by itself and sbow aoe spam through there. When it goes down do w/e you want but dagger storm soon after and stay away from the guild thingy. Just chain stealth and assassinate targets and have fun. I never have a problem soloing camps with that playstyle and I usually rock withdraw for the extra dodge and removal of crippled. To be fair though, if there’s a group of hylek or dredge in there, I usually have problems or even can’t do the camp. Probably doesn’t help that hylek and dredge are my 2 least favorite things to fight so I avoid them/don’t have much experience with them.

Get rid of D/D and use D/P. You can literally just sit there and hit 5, spam 1.
Don’t even need to move.
I farm supply camps solo with full zerkers/scholars.
You need black powder.
I modified your build to increase your survivability while keeping the same damage output for a D/D build.
Since you have Hidden Killer, critical chance won’t mean as much because most of your damage will come from Backstabs. This means that you don’t really need Berserker armor and you can replace it with Valkyrie armor; this will increase your effective hp by 4000-5000. I also changed the weapon sigils for more solid and constant damage. I left the trinkets the same, leaving you about 50% critical chance for those meaty Heartseekers or Cluster Bombs. The new utilities will increase your chances in surviving and in mobility. If you’re more of a roamer, then I would use Shadow Refuge, Shadowstep, and Signet of Shadow. As for the traits, you can leave it in trickery with caltrops if you like the cripple you leave on players. But from my experience, I prefer Descent from Shadows because I find it to be more useful whether I escape or have the opportunity to res-stealth myself chasing people off cliffs or any kind of fall damage.
As for taking out camps, this revised build should help you as well as what some of the people above me have said.

I didn’t have a problem soloing a camp as a D/D thief.
These are the few differences between our builds:
1- My thief build has much lower critical chance (between 40% and 50%).
2- My thief has higher toughness and health, 1350 toughness / 15,000 Health.
3- I have 10 points in Acrobatics instead of trickery.
4- I have Shadow’s Embrace (Remove one condition every 3 seconds while in stealth) instead of Infusion of Shadow(Gain 2 initiative when using a skill that stealths you)
What I did was I used BS few times, used my healing skill, followed by a BS and Dagger storm as I kited them around, CnD + BS more. My health went low again so I used shadows refuge to regenerate some, BS, and by that time my Heal skill was out of cooldown, so used it… By that time pretty much most if not all were dead.
Engineer and Elementalist in progress…

If you’re just going to do 5+1 I’d go with sword instead. AoE damage, interrupt, cripple, weakness and blind. That would be a much stronger option. Doing the Dagger Storm combo followed by some pistol whips with quickness kills the camp in no time.
If you’re having a pistol off-hand it doesn’t really matter what you kill after you’ve killed the scouts, because they will all cluster up in your blind field and do no damage what so ever.
As others have said, if there’s additional guards (quaggans, dredge) or it’s fully upgraded, then it will be tough, but not impossible…
