Just watching the stream, and apparently they changed the autoattack #3’s ’’spin’’ to something that looks much, much, much, much better.

Thanks so much for taking care of this little thing that looked really silly imo, it’s way awesome now.

Norn usually copy Human. The Norn in the video definitely had a new animation on the first and second as well as the third skill.

Actually…both 2nd and 3rd animations were changed.

Happy with the changes I saw (animation-wise…not the legendary staff), but, staff will still need work compared to what it was in BWE3 if it wants to compete with S/X, D/X, and SB.

False. That thief armour is already in the game. The chest piece was Krytan Jerkin, and the pants were Duelist Pants.

I must admit, these kinds of changes are making me a bit enthusiastic again.
We are finally starting to get the attention we have needed for so long, and it is excellent.

At the rate things are going, we will be on par with the other classes in a month or two, and all will be well.

^this. the problem was not that the animation was bad, but that it was more suited to a magic-based profession, which the revenant is.

This is fantastic. Much more fitting than the old animation. If dust strike gets a field and vault gets 900 range DD will be the perfect elite spec.

I thought the Rev one was fine from what I recall. He at least spun it more horizontally so that the staff end actually hit the enemy. No ones gonna try to hit someone with a full vertical fan spin like the Thief one IRL, you mine as well just punch them at that point.

Very much agreed. That third hit looks sweet! Hopefully we’ll see that level of polish in the other animations as well, namely Weakening Charge, Debilitating Arc, and Vault in my opinion.

But very awesome job to the animation team or individual who took the time and care to make this for us! It’s stuff like this that reinforces my faith in Anet!
