Is steal broken? lately i been trying to steal skills in WvW half the time it fails or i just dont get the skill.

any help would be great

Steal can be blocked, evaded, and generally avoided like any other skill. Are you sure your targets didn’t get an aegis buff or something?

Oh i did not know it could be blocked maybe i just never noticed that thanks for the tip

I’ve noticed that when I down an enemy using steal I don’t get an item as well.
