So I am a casual player that kept much time out of the game and returning now.

I play a Thief and saw many complains here about “perma stealth”, but as I saw in the first month playing, I was only able to stealth for few seconds using the healing ability or using (and hitting) a dagger combo (whatever name I dont remmember).

So I am curious, what is all this complain? Am I missing something? Is it a bug? exploit? anything new with some patch? Or just cry babies?

Traited right you can manage a near-permanent stealth, which due to culling issues makes you permanently stealthed in WvW because it doesn’t even render your character before you stealth again.

Perma stealth doesn’t exist, but you can go a long way, not that it’s useful; when hitting someone from stealth you get a 3 second debuff that prevents you from entering stealth. In other words, you can stay in stealth not hitting anyone or you can fight and be visible.
