Stealth bug?

I have noticed with stealth that if I shadow step I loose the graphic of being stealthed, is it just a graphic problem and I am still in stealth, or is this bug forcing me out of stealth before my timer is up.

Or a, no more shadow stepping while in stealth thing? o.O
