First off, what are your intentions with D/D? Are you going to be stealthing and backstabbing or are you going to 3spam? Is there a reason you’re going so far in to Trickery?
Until you answer those I can’t really give you any advice, but there is one glaring problem with both of the builds.
Neither has any condition cleanse.
This is a death sentence in any manner of PvP these days. Unless you’re running with 3 guardians, I highly recommend adding some in either your utilities or traits.

you absolutely need condition removal, I would recommend 10 points in shadow arts for shadows embrace. if you are going for a back stab build, I would also not recommend going so deep into trickery, you would be better off investing most of those points into survivability, though 10 points in for thrill of the crime is always nice.
if you are going for a death blossom/condition build, the points in critical strikes should be swapped out for survivability, either acrobatics for evasion or shadow arts for stealth. if you go the stealth survivability route, having a pistol in one of your weapon slots main hand allows p/d shenanigans in smaller fights/ when you just dont want to ever die.

This is my build. It’s meant to play super aggressive and you can swap out Roll For Initiative and sub in Blinding Powder. This isn’t a burst build, but you can still burst super hard with proper set up. What this does best is avoid the LOCKDOWN creep that’s been happening lately. It’s also so mobile that 2-3v1’s are possible. If the fight goes badly you have in order 2 dodges + Withdrawl + RFI + Dodge + Shadowstep. If you can’t escape with all that, it wasn’t meant to be.
Keep in mind that this isn’t using fully top-seed gear or food. You can push it further, this is just MY set up.
