Superior Runes of Tormenting
They’re something of a waste if you run gear with a lot of Condition duration (not specific duration like +bleed). I have +75% condition duration atm/25% bleed duration, and it wouldn’t be worth swapping over for that extra +25% towards torment.
If you have very little +condition duration, it might be ok, although I think even Runes of Undead would still be a stronger choice.

I’m interested in figuring out what the torment duration is, and whether it breaks stealth first!
It’s a total of +45% for a full set. Not really worth it in my opinion.
torment on heal?
It should not break stealth and it still won’t be worth it I would say.
Thief has no healing skills he can afford to use to just apply torment.
