Aint it good idea to make Swindler Equilibrium (1sec cooldown steal on evade) gm trait by switching places with Upper hand?

Maybe i’d use SE if it was merged with upper hand and assassins reward…MAYBE

In combat I can not get enough evades to justify taking either of these traits so as to pick these over “hard to catch” or “don’t stop”.

They need more.
