Are you sure? I tried PW on a mob and I got the evade, should test it in pvp then.
A tooltip nerf? That’s a first, lol. Usually tooltips are the only buffs we get.

That would explain why a Mesmer was able to interrupt my Riposting shadows on Revenant :o Strange
The tooltip hasn’t said it evades for some time, the skill works the same as before though.
