The Horn Thief (Bard)

It’s most likely we will get horn for HOT. I can’t to get my head around the fact that thieves are one of the squishes classes which would mean it would have to have a lot of evades or knockbacks’ just to survive. Any thoughts on how how a thief will survive with horn cause I just don’t see it working…
