I am wondering in terms of “Trolling” your opponent(s) in Small Group/Roaming in WvW, which build allows me to be the most Trolly/Annoying Thief there is to deal with? I don’t care too much about “Killing Speed” just the ability to ware them down to the point where dying would save their sanity, lol…

lol. the perma stealth trap thief would work pretty well. Take the condi immob, knockdown one, probably the +1 trap. Take trapper runes as well. Seen a few videos, it’s hilarious

Truly permastealth and does dmg without leaving stealth. Maybe more appropriate for OP’s wants. Just won’t really work against people who know about the build at all.

Trap runes give you crazy superspeed whenever you lay a trap.
