Guild Wars 2

I was in tkitten jp when a bunch of darkhaven decided to jump pull me down and jump me. I decided to keep up the pressure and jump on the first guy to try and get me. A mesmer drops down so I cnd off one of his phantasms then evade the other clones/shatter burst. I jump on him he moas me, I avoid most of his damage, revert, and kill him.
3 of his friends have now joined the fight and see they have 1 dead ally. They go berserk. The enemy thief goes heart seeker happy, the other mesmer dropped her illusions and stuff, and the ranger did rangery things. I figure the mes will be the biggest threat so I drop her first. Luckily, the other players are also junk. So I get another free stomp. The ranger is wide open so I burst him, to my surprise, he too is pure glass. He drops in 2 hits. The thief is still being useless so I get yet another free stomp off the ranger.
At this point, the enemy warrior finally makes his way to the fight and starts harassing me from range. Another mesmer also comes from somewhere and will hit me with his gs soon. I keep on the thief (as he has already wasted all of his initiative), drop him, then go for the finish. I cnd off the downed thief but something happened. The warrior used his rapid shot thing on me and hit me a few times and the mesmer got a few ticks in with his gs. When cnd was mid air last refuge proc’d, cnd landed, instantly revealing me. I was now a sitting duck for the enemy warrior and mesmer as I had already used all my other cds during the course of that fight. I die 2 seconds later.

Not only did last refuge get me killed, but it also saved the enemy’s life and robbed me of my largest outnumbered fight I’ve ever had a chance at winning. I was very sad. Please PLEASE remove last refuge with the rumored trait line changes.

The enemy was given a free win there but if any of you are reading this, maybe one of you should have went something that wasn’t glass. If I can hit an engi for a 4k backstab but a ranger for 10k, there’s something wrong with your build.

I completely agree with you. Last refugee is junk, and it’s responsible for countless deaths on my toon :/
