Proof that Anet has no idea how to balance. I wonder if they even played the thief class before slapping down nerfs.

From what I gathered in the last SOTG stream, there are only 2 people responsible for balance, and one of them plays Mesmer. I could be wrong, but I wouldn’t be surprised at all.
