Some of the people in the thread brought up that venoms are nearly useless, especially since we can use those utility slots for something better.
So what if we had a bar next to our Steal (similar to the engineer bar in looks I’d imagine) and we can put a couple different venoms on this bar.
That, or thieves could go the way of WoW rogues that have some kind of perma poison on their weapon that has different effects with a RNG chance to go off (I prefer the first method, but this could work too)
