Thief back slot?
There’s mostly just not very many back slot items available.
A quick search on the TP for Spineguard will turn up about all the choices you’ll find to buy. Can find a decent variety of rare level 80 ones.
Originally, you could only get them through the character quest, then you got a nice animated one from the Halloween event scavenger hunt, now they drop like hot cakes in fractals.
