Thief is totally insane in PVP
I won’t say totally insane, but it’s nice to finally be able to kill stuff in PvP.
Anet logic:

Yeah it is insane to be actualy capable of killing someone, and beeing almost as strong as some other class, not very handicapped from start.
But yeah if you were used to play thief on pvp before HoT I can understand why you would be beating almost everyone right now.
Main thiefs are usualy more skilled than most other players because of every play of pre-hot thief having to chain 2-3 spells+combo fields to do the regular dmg of other classes plays.

And I agree, thief is insanely not picked on the leagues.

Yes it is insane how fast a thief dies to random cleave not aimed at him. Also insane how a ‘master’ of stealth cannot reveal other stealthed classes, but others can reveal him.
But teef is still op, i can blink across the map and decap far if no on shows up to stop me. In the event they do i can use my op mobility to escape.
Unless it is a revenant who can glue him self to me with unrelenting assault or a ranger who can snipe me or a mesmer who can instagib me before i can bling out of his range, ect..
remember teef is still op and should be nerfed more as it can still do things from time to time.

Theif is problably worst class for sPvP along with warrior. That’s why i moved to rev :]

Edit: thief is so insane that almost every pro team banned the class from pro leagues.

I think we should be happy for this guy. He’s having fun playing thief which is probably more than can be said for the most of this forum.
Everything is insanely good against bad players except when the bad players are running reaper engi dragon hunter or druid

Dare Devil is completely OP in the lower sPvP ranks. Above a certain threshold of scrub the true flaws in the class become evident and most of those revolve around the ridiculous amount of AoE and sustain classes now have.
