My thief is lvl 25 now and my precision is about 30% (+signet = 38%) i have seen that the more i lvl up, the more my precis % will lower down? (when i was lvl 20, i remember my % w/o signet is about 35% more or less). how can I keep that stats up?

Weapon, armor, accessories, and traits.

It will go up, gear is the big booster. I’m currently at 69% crit chance, thats without any temp buffs or boosters.

At level 80, using gear that is all power/precision/crit damage I have 1800 precision, 46% crit, 77% increased crit damage. Only piece I am missing is a good back slot. 30 points in Critical Strikes.

Not even 50%? Maaan.

The Rampager’s Jewel/accessory adds craptonnes of precision. My dual pistols PvP build has got a 70% crit chance. Without the added bonus from the jewel, I was sitting around 30-40%. Gear up.
