Thief staff has been stealth nerfed
Sounds like a bug fix, not a stealth nerf.
This was a good change imo.
The roll evade only gave you a fraction of the 1/2 sec evade so it was gimmicky to use it anyway.
Now I don’t have to do an action after landing to cancel
the roll.

Hmm that’s weird. I was underwater when I logged out before the patch. When I got out of the water, I got the message “You’ve learned a new skill: Debilitating Arc”. I guess it’s because they’ve changed it. However, I also got the same message for Dust Strike. Have they modified the skill too?
Well they finally put it in the patch notes last night.
Noticed this the same with scrapper hammer too.

the “evade” animation that played after you 3+jump wasnt actually giving you any evade frames, it was simply a part of staff 3 animation that was delayed by your jump so it wasnt really any useful
Tbh, using jump to change the cast time of skills is pretty dodgy in and of itself, so given they fixed the sword 2 jump thing they were bound to fix this eventually.
