Guild Wars 2

I have a thief on which i play allot and i use a shortbow and i found something strange when i use the 5th skill (Infiltrator’s Arrow) it takes half a second for me to tele to the selected location. On my mesmer however when i use blink it happens momentarily.
Is this made on purpose or not ?

It’s on purpose. The arrow you fire has a travel time. Shadowstep, Steal and Infiltrator’s Signet, on the other hand, are instant.

This skill is super ineffective with the slightest amount of lagg. While Shadowstep remains uneffected.

yeah I also thatbug where when you shoot the shortbow it goes way further tehn 1200 m, i can shoot shortbow through houses and even use the binding spell to bind creatures over mountains. This bug is quite strong
