I do not know about this and could not find it on the forum. So, do thieves get affected by chill’s secondary effect which is as important as its slow? (For example, making its skills cost %66 more initiative) If not, i think having a class half immune to a condition by design is not fair, because you cannot counter most thieves with movement slow conditions as they have great mobility and can just jump on the enemy with their skill animations itself.

when a Thief is chilled the distance travelled by their leaping abilities (Death Blossom, Heart Seeker, and the dodge roll) is also reduced by 66%. Similarly, when a Thief is Crippled the distance travelled by these abilities is reduced by 50%. I assure you being chilled or crippled is a huge problem for Thief.
