Thieves climbing walls?
I’ve done it before when a wall goes down for just a few seconds then is repaired back up. You can get inside.
I actually Scorpion-Wired a Guardian who must have had Retaliation up or something just as he walked through his gate because I ended up pulling myself into the Keep.
Well actually I was stuck inside a wall at first but could use Infiltrator’s Arrow to get out.
Anyway, afaik there are a couple of freak incidents that can get you inside a Keep. But they are rare. Maybe there’s some exploits too, but none I know about.
Would be a sick and lore fitting ability for thief to have something that allowed them to climb walls, but without a hefty cooldown or very specific circumstances it could be overpowered

It sounds cool, but in actuality you would just see entire zerge made of Thieves that completely ignore the walls/doors and just climb right over the walls.
I’m not saying its a bad idea (I would like it), it just has the potential to be massively overpowered.
No! God no! We’re trying to convince people we’re not OP. Making us the only class that can bypass walls won’t help in the least.
Now, siege related wall climbing I could go for. Be they simple cheap ladders, or big expensive rolling towers, that would make things interesting.
No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind.
Buy the ticket, take the ride.
In DAOC the assassin type could climb the keep walls (later on the heavy tank types and minstrels as well). It did allow for some ninja keep takes with outside healers but it wasn’t as big of a problem as it would be in this game. Worked great in DAOC though..
I’m all for scaling walls to liven things up from pew pew barney magoo. Oddly in Warhammer few melee used their bypass powers, I was in like flynn.
