Tow line daze
Because being a Thief has strange side effects.
yeah….. it sux . skill has so much potential. i use it for pulling PVE and 1v1 in pvp. other than that forget it.
So you can be ported away with Hard to Catch or perhaps it is for rare instances when you have stability like with Lyssa runes so you just waste your initiative. Please don’t tell me you expected that balance team would use brain when designing and testing skills/traits.

So why exactly does tow line daze my character when i use it on target? The tooltipp doesn’t contain any information on it neither does wiki.
The Thief is trying to imitate the Warrior’s spear skill: Harpoon Pull. Unfortunately, Thieves don’t have the strength to make the pull so they get pulled instead.
Every time something is getting pulled or pushed, you get your skills disabled for the duration of the pull/push.
What’s troubling is, we have Ink shot from our harpoon gun that gives us shadowstep yet we require a tow line with our spear?!?
Full set of 5 unique skills for both dual-wield weapon sets: P/P and D/D – Make it happen
PvE – DD/CS/AC – If that didn’t work, roll a Reaper or Revenant.
Actually my bad, it’s a stun not daze but about same effect
I also tested it with a friend underwater, while my thief does get stunned while using tow line, my target doesn’t
Can Anet please explain why should i ever use attack that costs 4 initiative and also stuns my character but has no effect on my target outside of cripple?!
