Is acrobatics trait VI broken? Its the move 50% faster while in stealth one.

The signet of shadows 25% movement is very noticeable difference in speed so i expected this trait to be very noticeable but when i go stealth it doesnt seem like im moving any faster if i take this trait or not.

When not in combat there is a speed cap of 133 % . With SoS you allready have 125 , so that 50 % increase will only add 8 % of speed. That 50 will be felt only in combat, becouse in combat base speed drops.

So if i understand you correctly even if i didnt have SoS i still would never see the 50% boost as its capped at 133%?

Thats kinda kitten but at least i know now.
